Michael, a new edition at Ener.co, formally joined the team in September of 2021. Mr. Ambrosino is one of the founding Partners of New York City-based Ambrosino, DePinto & Schmieder, Consulting Engineers, created in 1979. Mr. Ambrosino has more than 45 years of experience in HVAC engineering design and research in institutional, commercial, and residential facilities, from simple energy retrofits to 200 million dollar individual new buildings. His projects have taken him from locations as far west as Hawaii and California and from New York down to southern Florida and beyond. After 40 years at ADS, Mr. Ambrosino provided specialty consulting to select clients as a sole practitioner prior to joining the Ener.co team. He continues to serve as a Commissioner for the Hardwick Electrical Department, which covers more than 4,500 customers in 11 municipalities in Vermont.
